Role at a glance
We are looking for a Lead GTM Recruiter to join our team at our office in the Empire State Building. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York. We are seeking a candidate with at least 4 years of experience to help drive our hypergrowth by finding the best talent to join our go-to-market teams.
Your impact
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to final offer negotiations across various departments.
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies that leverage social media, networking, and job boards to attract high-quality, diverse candidates.
- Partner closely with our hiring managers to refine job requirements, manage expectations, and provide expert insights on current recruitment trends and market best practices.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience specifically in Sales or GTM recruitment.
- A proven track record of managing full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment software.
- Fluency in English.
- A deep understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to manage external partnerships with colleges and associations.
