At Baseten, we provide the essential infrastructure that powers mission-critical AI inference for industry leaders like Notion, Cursor, and Writer. We bridge the gap between complex AI research and production-ready applications, giving developers the tools they need to ship products at the frontier of machine learning. Following our recent $1.5B Series F funding round, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a dedicated GTM Recruiter to help us scale our team. What you'll be doing

• You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our Sales team, taking ownership of hiring goals from the initial role kickoff all the way through to offer acceptance.
• You will partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• You will analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to refine our processes, ensuring we consistently improve our efficiency and the overall quality of our hires.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in talent acquisition and a proactive mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing candidates for Sales-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and process improvement to help us scale our recruiting function effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard for candidate experience.
