About the Role
We are hiring a GTM Operations Manager on a full-time basis. In this position you will strengthen the systems, metrics, and operating rhythms that support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, turning revenue targets into clear, actionable insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and uphold pipeline health standards, translate revenue goals into operating metrics, and support forecasting processes that improve accuracy and consistency.
- Run regular pipeline inspections, forecast calls, and performance reviews, delivering timely visibility into quality, risks, and trends for Sales leadership.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on performance gaps, identify shortfalls in coverage or execution, and equip teams with data-driven recommendations to hit their targets.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related function, with direct work in pipeline management, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience supporting B2B SaaS revenue teams and proficiency with SFDC, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders, and authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
