We are looking for a Senior GTM Engineer to serve as the lead architect for our autonomous revenue engine, where you will build the data and context layers that function as the brain of our AI strategy.
Responsibilities
- Architect our GTM Intelligence Foundation by designing a unified data layer that integrates structured data from APIs and warehouses with unstructured signals like emails and calls.
- Engineer agentic workflows that blend probabilistic AI reasoning with deterministic logic to automate complex decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer experience teams.
- Manage our predictive modeling efforts by owning the technical setup and logic for propensity and scoring models.
- Prototype and scale AI-native innovations, rapidly testing new concepts and transitioning successful ones into standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate directly with GTM VPs and the C-suite to define growth strategies and the future of RevOps.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, RevOps, or GTM systems with a focus on technical workflows.
- Proven ability to act as a context orchestrator, with hands-on experience building complex data flows across APIs and data warehouses.
- A strong track record of shipping GTM logic, such as lifecycle automation, routing, and scoring, that has measurably improved retention or pipeline.
- Practical experience with modern orchestration platforms, including the ability to manage LLMs, agentic workflows, and enrichment waterfalls.
- A structured, engineering-first mindset that prioritizes simplifying manual processes over adding complexity.
- Fluency in English.
