LeanData is dedicated to helping the world’s fastest-growing companies simplify, accelerate, and automate their revenue processes. We are looking for a Senior GTM Engineer (Data & AI) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will serve as the lead architect for our autonomous revenue engine, building the essential data and context layers that function as the brain of our AI strategy. We are searching for a builder who can move beyond simple tool management to create agentic workflows that reason through complex signals to power the entire customer journey. You will work closely with GTM VPs and report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, giving you a unique opportunity to influence our growth strategy and the future of the RevOps industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage a unified data foundation that integrates structured data from sources like APIs and data lakes with unstructured signals from emails, chats, and calls to support agentic reasoning.
- Develop autonomous systems that blend probabilistic AI reasoning with deterministic logic to automate complex decision-making across our sales, marketing, and customer experience functions.
- Take ownership of our predictive modeling efforts, ensuring that scoring and propensity models are seamlessly integrated into our orchestration layer.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM systems, or data engineering, with a strong focus on technical workflows and an engineering-first mindset.
- Proven expertise in building complex data flows across APIs and data warehouses, including hands-on experience creating context layers for AI judgment.
- A demonstrated history of shipping GTM logic, such as lifecycle automation and routing, that has produced measurable improvements in retention or pipeline growth.
- Practical experience with modern orchestration platforms, including the ability to manage LLMs, enrichment waterfalls, and agentic workflows.
- A natural instinct for simplifying manual processes and a structured approach to solving complex technical problems.
What we offer
- Comprehensive medical insurance, with the company covering up to 90% of employee premiums.
- Participation in our stock options program for all full-time team members.
- Unlimited vacation time to support a healthy work-life balance.
- Access to a 401k retirement plan.
- The flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
