Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position focused on functional operations within our customer relationship team. You will be working in a remote-first environment, meaning you can be based anywhere in Brazil. You will be joining a high-performance team that values innovation and collaboration as we continue to scale our operations.

Your impact

• Manage client portfolios using Zendesk, ensuring proactive communication and timely updates throughout the post-sale journey.
• Provide high-quality support through multiple channels, including phone, WhatsApp, and email, while utilizing Twilio for seamless interaction.
• Identify process improvements and share valuable insights during team meetings to help us refine our service standards.

What you'll need

• Solid experience in customer service, ideally within a fast-paced or similar operational environment.
• Practical knowledge of Zendesk and communication tools like Twilio and WhatsApp.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, paired with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• A strong ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and collaborate within a team setting.
• Adaptability to handle diverse customer needs and a genuine desire to solve problems efficiently.
