Responsibilities
- Lead our expansion efforts by identifying and securing new enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute high-impact growth strategies that align with our mission.
- Leverage your professional network to increase our visibility and attract new clients to our staffing solutions.
- Collaborate directly with our leadership team, including the CEO, CMO, and heads of client success and partnerships, to drive collective goals.
- Experiment with new growth tactics and iterate quickly to ensure we stay ahead in a competitive market.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in executive-level growth roles, specifically within the startup ecosystem.
- A proven track record of successfully managing and closing enterprise accounts.
- Deep expertise in talent sourcing and a strong understanding of global outsourcing and offshoring strategies.
- A vast, active professional network that you can effectively leverage for business development.
- Exceptional execution skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
- Based in Australia.
