The role

We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join our team as a full-time Inside Sales Associate. This is a junior-level position perfect for those who are eager to launch a career in sales, develop their professional skills, and contribute directly to our revenue growth. You will work in a fully remote capacity based in India.

Core responsibilities

• Manage and nurture your sales pipeline to ensure consistent goal achievement.
• Engage with high-intent leads and existing clients to drive account growth and secure new business.
• Maintain professional and effective communication across all calls and emails to deliver a top-tier client experience.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain clear communication.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on pipeline management and closing techniques.
• Experience or a strong willingness to learn and utilize CRM software effectively.
• The ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Between 0 and 3 years of experience in sales, though we welcome ambitious freshers who are ready to learn.
