We have evolved from a mission to make timeless design accessible into a prominent brand across Europe, offering everything from city bikes to electric models. As a proud member of the Pon.Bike family since 2022, we are looking for a Senior Growth Specialist to join our team on-site in the Netherlands to help us scale our impact and refine our voice in the market.

Responsibilities

Google Ads Strategy: Take ownership of our SEA efforts, including Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube campaigns. You will audit accounts and guide our agency partners to ensure we achieve the highest possible return on investment.
SEO Leadership: Drive our organic search performance by defining the technical and content roadmap, while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to improve our rankings.
Marketplace Management: Oversee our presence on platforms like Amazon and Bol.com. You will manage advertising strategies, optimize listings, and work with the Category Manager on pricing and stock health.
Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics and other SEO tools to map the customer acquisition journey. You will identify funnel leaks and run A/B tests to boost conversion rates across all channels.

Must-haves

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA and SEO.
Deep technical proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Google Merchant Center.
Strong familiarity with industry-standard SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
A commercial, analytical mindset with a focus on metrics like ROAS and CPA.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Previous experience managing advertising on Amazon or Bol.com.
Proficiency in Dutch, which is a significant advantage for our marketplace strategy.
