About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Software Engineer on a full-time basis. In this position you will join a small, cross-functional group of engineers, product, and design leads to run experiments, build growth infrastructure, and turn data into measurable product improvements that help our customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product features from ideation through implementation, balancing rapid experiments with longer-term strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain foundational growth systems for running A/B tests, tracking user behavior, and engaging customers at every stage of their journey.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams, sharing thoughtful feedback and ensuring alignment on data-driven outcomes.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on experience building production web applications with modern JavaScript (React and Node.js) and Python; familiarity with Go is a plus.
- Comfort working with data-driven product development, including A/B testing frameworks and analytics tools such as Amplitude or Pendo.
- Strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a fully remote environment that relies on asynchronous collaboration.
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in learning across the entire stack while holding yourself and the team to high standards.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere within the United States or Canada.
