Picture a team that has spent nearly two decades turning ordinary moments into celebrations. Since 2006 we have grown from a single idea into Turkey’s most visited floral and gifting destination, serving customers across more than seventy cities with same-day delivery and a catalogue that now spans flowers, electronics, fashion, home goods and more. We are still the young, curious crew that refuses to stand still, and we are inviting one more builder to help us shape what comes next.
The opportunity
As our new Growth Product Manager, you will own the roadmap that turns customer insight and emerging technology into delightful experiences on both web and mobile. Your work will sit at the intersection of product, data and growth marketing, guiding experiments that increase acquisition, engagement and conversion while we expand at home and abroad. In short, you will help us become the greatest gifting company in the world-one release at a time.
A day in the life
- You start by scanning performance dashboards and speaking with colleagues in growth marketing, CRM and analytics to spot friction points or untapped opportunities, then translate those findings into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Mid-morning you might run or review an A/B test, refine the product backlog, or map upcoming releases so every stakeholder knows what is launching and why it matters.
- By afternoon you are checking live site health on desktop and mobile, triaging bugs, and meeting with engineering to keep the next sprint on track-all while keeping the bigger vision of an ever-improving customer journey front of mind.
Who you are
You bring several years of senior-level product experience and a genuine love for turning data into decisions. You are fluent in SQL, comfortable with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms, and you have hands-on practice with A/B testing and release management. You have shaped user experiences on both web and mobile, and you can read and write HTML and CSS well enough to collaborate closely with designers and developers. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced command of MS Office tools, and full professional fluency in English round out your profile. Knowledge of a programming language or prior development-management experience is a welcome plus.
Why you'll love it here
You will join a hybrid workplace that also supports remote arrangements when life calls for flexibility. We invest in your growth with bi-weekly learning hours and unlimited access to training resources, and we offer generous paid time off so you can recharge. From day one you will feel supported by a structured onboarding program, vibrant social clubs, and a relaxed dress code that lets you show up as yourself. Add in team adventures, wellness perks, and the chance to shape an international brand that is still writing its own story, and you have a place where your work is seen and celebrated every day.
