Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager on a full-time, mid-level basis. You’ll work on-site in France, owning initiatives that turn user insights into scalable growth across our web and mobile experiences.
Your impact
- Build and run a continuous pipeline of growth experiments-from ideation through A/B tests and post-launch analysis-to lift acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics.
- Own end-to-end delivery of growth features, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing so every release drives measurable conversion improvements.
- Lead UI/UX optimisations on both site and app, partnering with internal teams and external creatives to remove friction and deliver delightful customer journeys.
What you'll need
You bring at least three years of product-management experience with a clear focus on growth for consumer digital products. You’re fluent in English, comfortable in French, and you treat data as your compass-using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery, and A/B testing platforms to turn observations into action. You can sketch wireframes, challenge assumptions, and communicate insights crisply across Merchandising, Acquisition, and Product teams. A genuine curiosity and a bias for fast learning round out the profile we’re after.
