- Manage and prioritize the product roadmap by balancing internal and external factors, while keeping a close eye on monetization benchmarks and key performance metrics.
- Provide leadership to your cross-functional team by aligning everyone with our core strategy, monitoring KPIs, and using your project management skills to execute key initiatives effectively.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a results-driven professional who thrives in an agile and collaborative environment. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager focused on growth, conversion, or front-of-funnel strategies for B2C products.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing, test process optimization, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- A creative mindset that leverages emotional and psychological design principles to craft compelling user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-obsessed approach to B2C app growth.
- Fluency in English.
- Prior experience with health, fitness, or wellness digital products is considered a significant plus.
What's in it for you?
We offer a supportive environment designed to help you thrive both personally and professionally. Our benefits include:
- A 4-day workweek option, flexible working hours, and a hybrid work setup.
- A holistic benefits program featuring mental wellness support, a professional development budget, and free gym memberships for you and your loved ones.
- Relocation assistance to help you make the move to Germany.
- Access to a modern office space with a rooftop terrace, healthy food, and a fully equipped kitchen.
- 27 vacation days and 15 public holidays to ensure you have time to recharge.
- Company-provided hardware, including your choice of the latest MacBook or Dell laptop.
