What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Germany where you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and profitability. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, UX designers, and researchers to deliver a world-class experience for our global user base.

What will you do?

• Lead conversion rate optimization and monetization initiatives by identifying opportunities across web and app channels, while leveraging SEO expertise to boost organic traffic.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap by balancing internal and external factors, monetization metrics, and industry benchmarks.
• Guide your cross-functional team by setting clear KPIs and using your project management skills to execute strategic initiatives effectively.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a results-driven professional with a strong background in B2C product management. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in growth or conversion-focused product roles.
• A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong skills in A/B testing, prioritization, and test process optimization.
• A creative mindset with a focus on emotional and psychological design thinking to improve user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior experience in the digital health or fitness industry is considered a plus.
