We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. At Monograph, we are building a performance management platform designed specifically for architecture and engineering firms. While these professionals design the world around us, they are often stuck using basic spreadsheets to manage their complex work. We are changing that by providing tools that help firms make confident, data-driven decisions about their resources and budgets. You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer and lead a new team focused on driving product-led growth by converting free users into paid subscribers.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a product roadmap that drives measurable growth, ensuring your team stays accountable to clear strategic goals.
- Take a pragmatic, experimental approach to B2B SaaS growth, identifying how to best deliver value to new users and convert them into long-term customers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales partners to ensure seamless product delivery and effective go-to-market alignment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the B2B SaaS space, with a preference for candidates who have worked in product-led growth roles.
- A user-focused mindset that prioritizes identifying core customer problems before determining the best technical or strategic solutions.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, anticipate edge cases, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer
