About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and owning the overall funnel optimization. You will work in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with our founders, CEO, and executive team to achieve ambitious growth targets as we scale our tutoring services to reach two billion students worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to meet our company revenue goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement and manage various growth-focused initiatives.
- Optimize the revenue funnel by applying effective tactics for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in growth product management, specifically within consumer subscription startups.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to drive informed decision-making.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the willingness to dive into the details to understand what strategies work best.
- Outstanding communication skills to align stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and sales departments.
- High creativity and problem-solving abilities to identify new growth opportunities and conduct rapid testing.
