The role
We are hiring a Growth Product Manager on a full-time, hybrid basis in Turkey. The position is open to senior professionals who combine deep product intuition with a passion for measurable user growth.
Core responsibilities
- Shape the product vision by tracking emerging technologies and customer insights, then translate business goals into clear, user-friendly technical solutions.
- Drive sustainable growth by designing and running experiments that improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion across both web and mobile experiences.
- Coordinate with product, growth marketing, CRM, and data teams to define scope, maintain the backlog, set acceptance criteria, and communicate release plans to all stakeholders.
Skills and experience
You will need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with preference given to candidates educated in English. We expect proven experience in UX/UI for both web and mobile products, strong proficiency in SQL, and hands-on practice with A/B testing and release management. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms is highly valued, as is any background in software development or development management. Advanced command of MS Office tools rounds out the required skill set.
