We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to lead student acquisition and enrollment on Maven’s marketplace of live, cohort-based courses.
Responsibilities
- Own the full growth roadmap and define which acquisition channels to build or expand.
- Balance work between improving existing surfaces such as free events, email, and course discovery while launching new levers like referrals, affiliates, SEO, and B2B partnerships.
- Build and maintain growth and attribution analytics in Amplitude and Metabase.
- Spend at least half your time shipping experiments and features alongside a small pod of designers and engineers.
- Collaborate daily with the design lead, marketing lead, senior engineers, and co-founders while reporting to the Head of Product.
Must-haves
- Hands-on experience in product, growth, or marketing roles with a track record of launching features that moved key metrics.
- Proven ability to evaluate growth opportunities, prioritize a roadmap, and scale acquisition channels.
- Strong analytical skills: framing open-ended questions, building dashboards, tracking attribution, and turning data into clear goals.
- Experience running user research that surfaces actionable product insights.
- Scrappy experimentation mindset: comfortable owning an idea from PRD through prototype, copy, and go-to-market.
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in a lean, high-autonomy environment.
- Professional fluency in English.
