Growth Product Manager at Palta

We are Palta, a multi-product tech platform dedicated to health and wellness apps that serve over 60 million monthly active users. Our portfolio features industry leaders like Flo and Simple, and we are currently backed by a 100 million dollar Series B round. We are now looking for a Growth Product Manager to join Lovi, our AI-powered cosmetologist app. Lovi helps users evaluate their skin, build customized skincare routines, and track their progress through advanced technology. As we expand our web funnel, we need a proactive professional to help us scale and innovate.

What you'll be doing

• Lead revenue-centric initiatives by collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, and UX researchers.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with our broader business goals while managing the product roadmap.
• Oversee the implementation of web funnel improvements, ensuring tasks are assigned and executed effectively to meet ambitious targets.

What you'll bring

• At least 3 years of experience in growth for B2C subscription products, specifically within marketing-led growth, CRO, and paid marketing.
• A proven ability to design engaging onboarding experiences that resonate with diverse user segments.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn market research and user insights into actionable growth strategies.
• An experimental approach to product development, coupled with the ability to iterate quickly under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate your vision to stakeholders across the organization.
• A genuine interest in AI technology or the skincare industry is considered a significant plus.
