The opportunity
We are searching for a Growth Product Lead to join our dynamic and driven team. In this full-time, remote role, you will report directly to the SVP of Product and play a vital part in our mission to build the most trusted platform in the roofing industry. You will have the autonomy to apply your expertise in customer acquisition, monetization, and retention to help us accelerate revenue velocity. By leading our growth initiatives, you will ensure that our customers have the best possible experience as they scale their businesses with Roofr.
A day in the life
- You will own the product strategy and roadmap for conversion, monetization, and expansion, ensuring our initiatives align with our broader business goals.
- You will collaborate closely with our Growth Marketing and Product, Design, and Engineering teams to run experiments, develop hypotheses, and launch features that drive revenue and efficiency.
- You will work alongside our go-to-market teams to boost feature adoption, win new accounts, and expand customer subscriptions by delivering delightful, high-value experiences.
Who you are
You are a critical thinker who refuses to settle for the status quo and is always looking for ways to improve the user experience. You communicate complex ideas with simplicity and possess a healthy sense of skepticism that keeps you digging for the right answers. You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment, and you are comfortable working in a data-driven culture. Your technical toolkit includes proficiency in SQL, Segment, and Amplitude, and you have a proven track record of using product analytics and user testing to drive meaningful business results.
