The opportunity

As our Growth & Pricing Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of product, ecommerce, and data analytics. Your mission is to uncover the hidden stories within our data to help us optimize how we approach pricing and monetization. You will not just be crunching numbers, you will be a key partner in shaping our business strategy and ensuring that our pricing reflects the true value we provide to our customers. This is a full-time, on-site role where your insights will have a direct, measurable impact on our company's success.

A day in the life

• You will dive deep into customer, competitor, and market data to identify the most effective pricing strategies and monetization opportunities.
• You will build sophisticated models to forecast how different pricing scenarios and adjustments will influence our overall business performance.
• You will define and track key metrics to measure the success of our pricing initiatives while collaborating with the team to innovate our approach to customer segmentation.

Who you are

You are a senior-level professional who loves tackling complex problems with logic and data. You have a strong grasp of statistical methods and feel right at home working with large datasets. To succeed in this role, you should bring the following skills and experience:

• Advanced proficiency in analytical tools and languages, specifically SQL and Python.
• A deep understanding of pricing principles and broader business strategies.
• The ability to communicate your findings clearly to both your immediate team and key stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the SaaS industry is considered a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively within our international environment.
