Imagine a team of more than 350 colleagues from over 60 countries, working together from sunny Barcelona to reshape how vacation-rental owners run their businesses. We built Lodgify to give property managers powerful software that handles everything from bookings to marketing, and we recently raised $30 million to accelerate that mission even further.
The opportunity
As our new Growth Marketing Specialist, you will lead the strategies that bring new customers to Lodgify, keep them engaged, and turn them into long-term advocates. Your work will sit at the intersection of data, creativity, and cross-team collaboration, directly influencing how quickly we grow while shaping the experience every user has from first click to loyal customer.
A day in the life
- You will own our affiliate and referral programs end-to-end, recruiting partners, refining onboarding flows, and continuously tuning performance so more hosts discover and recommend Lodgify.
- You will dive into customer-journey data, run A/B and multivariate tests, and remove friction across landing pages, onboarding, and upgrade paths to lift conversion at every stage.
- You will track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and churn, build clear dashboards in Google Sheets, and turn those insights into experiments that the wider marketing, product, and sales teams can act on immediately.
Who you are
You bring at least three years of hands-on growth-marketing experience, with a track record of designing and scaling affiliate or referral programs and improving conversion rates. You are fluent in core business metrics like MRR, ARPU, CPA, LTV, and churn, and you know how to translate those numbers into clear next steps. You have run A/B tests, mapped user flows, and collaborated comfortably with product and engineering teams. Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills are second nature, and you can turn raw data into polished presentations that any stakeholder can understand. You thrive in fast-moving environments, pick up new frameworks quickly, and communicate fluently in English.
