At Beem Energy, we are on a mission to empower individuals to take control of their energy consumption through our innovative hardware and software ecosystem. Since launching our plug and play solar kit in 2020, we have grown into a team of over 45 people, recently securing 20 million euros in Series A funding to expand our range of sustainable energy solutions. We are looking for a motivated Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team in France and help us accelerate the energy transition.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital acquisition and retention strategies that align with our core business objectives.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta, display, and affiliate networks to ensure a strong return on investment.
Monitor key performance indicators to analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and suggest improvements for the user journey.
Apply growth hacking techniques to generate high-quality leads through continuous testing and iteration.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and refine our digital strategy.

Must-haves

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business, and Excel.
Previous internship or professional experience in a similar marketing role.
Fluency in both English and French, as you will be working in an international context.
A rigorous, autonomous, and curious mindset with a genuine interest in the startup environment and the energy transition.
Availability for a six-month end-of-studies internship starting in June 2024, or status as a recent graduate seeking a first full-time position.
