We're building the future of fleet safety with computer vision and edge computing, and our rapid 4x year-over-year growth proves the market is ready. Now we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can turn that momentum into a steady stream of high-quality pipeline and revenue.
Role at a glance
This full-time, senior-level position is based on-site in the United States. You'll report directly to the VP of Growth Marketing and partner with product, content, sales, and executive leadership to drive demand across every stage of the funnel.
Your impact
- Own end-to-end integrated campaigns-from paid media and webinars to direct mail and live events-while tracking every metric that matters: traffic, MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and payback period.
- Build and refine repeatable growth processes that let you scale what works and quickly cut what doesn't, always with a sharp eye on ABM and full-funnel performance.
- Partner with sales leadership to generate and nurture ABM-focused pipeline, then present weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights that shape where we invest next.
What you'll need
You bring at least six years of hands-on growth marketing and demand-generation experience, ideally at a Series D or $150 M+ ARR company. You have a deep command of ABM, integrated campaign strategy, segmentation, and multi-channel execution, plus the analytical rigor to turn data into clear investment decisions. You're comfortable quarterbacking campaigns with full autonomy, building scalable processes, and collaborating across product marketing and content teams to reach new verticals and geographies. Strong English communication skills and a bias for action round out the profile.
Perks and compensation
We offer a salary range of $90,000-$130,000 USD plus an annual bonus.
