About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing efforts, focusing on generating qualified leads and accelerating the adoption of our innovative healthcare solutions. You will work closely with our product and sales teams to scale our growth strategies and ensure our technology reaches those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute data-driven growth strategies that increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition across our healthcare technology portfolio.
- Manage end-to-end marketing projects by setting clear goals, establishing milestones, and maintaining transparent communication across all internal and external teams.
- Utilize analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Looker to track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize our outreach for maximum return on investment.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong background in marketing with a focus on measurable growth. Our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically within the healthcare technology or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven expertise in product-led growth, campaign management, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot and data analytics software.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Design.
- A deep understanding of how to translate complex technical concepts into compelling messaging for diverse audiences.

Compensation and Benefits
