Following a record-breaking 55 million dollar Series A financing round, we are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our lean, ambitious team and help us achieve our goal of 40 percent growth in 2025.
Key outcomes
- Take ownership of paid media execution and budgets across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, G2, and Bing.
- Drive lead-to-opportunity conversion rates by tracking performance and optimizing ad effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our Director of Marketing to test and scale niche channels, including podcasts, newsletters, Reddit communities, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and content marketing to boost pipeline and revenue.
- Oversee our marketing automation stack, specifically HubSpot and Chili Piper, to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
- Partner with the sales department to refine lead hand-off processes and support sales development representative cadences.
- Analyze funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that connect marketing efforts directly to business results.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- A deep understanding of demand generation, marketing automation tools, Salesforce, and analytics platforms like Looker.
- Proven ability to launch, test, and scale paid advertising campaigns.
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and develop creative, out-of-the-box marketing ideas.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- The ability to work from our Toronto office on a hybrid basis, three days per week.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A track record of scaling ad spend across multiple channels with quantifiable results.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Paid Social, or HubSpot.
- Experience serving as a primary point of contact for marketing operations and technical stack management.
