We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity to help us expand our reach across both payer and cash-pay audiences.

Key outcomes

• Direct our paid search and social media campaigns while coordinating with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to ensure high-quality creative output.
• Monitor and analyze data across all marketing channels to generate performance reports and actionable insights that improve our overall strategy.
• Design and execute growth experiments, such as A/B testing, to identify new acquisition opportunities and scale our paid efforts effectively.
• Serve as the primary bridge between the Marketing department and our Engineering, Product, Design, and Data teams to maintain alignment on growth initiatives.
• Manage the creative queue to ensure all content remains data-backed and consistent with our brand identity.
• Refine the paid media funnel to boost conversion rates and optimize essential metrics like return on ad spend and cost-per-acquisition.

Requirements

• Three to five years of professional experience managing paid search and social campaigns, including direct experience working with creative teams.
• A highly analytical mindset with the proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
• Strong project management capabilities, specifically regarding the coordination of cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in a people management role.
• Exceptional communication skills, characterized by empathy and a deep understanding of customer needs balanced with organizational priorities.
• Fluency in English and a genuine passion for our mission to improve global health.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $98,000 to $115,000. We utilize a geo-neutral compensation model, meaning pay is determined by job function and level rather than your physical location. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
