We operate as a fully remote team of builders who collaborate live from 9 AM to 2 PM PT while supporting flexible, asynchronous work across time zones. What you'll be doing

Own and scale our paid social acquisition programs across Meta, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels such as podcasts or display, shaping strategy from initial tests through full-scale execution.
Run every stage of campaign management-setup, daily optimization, post-campaign analysis, and reporting-while partnering with product, analytics, and creative teams to turn results into clear next steps.
Design and execute structured A/B tests on creative, audiences, landing pages, and other levers, then translate performance data into actionable insights that guide broader growth decisions.

What you'll bring

Four to six or more years of hands-on experience scaling paid media campaigns in B2C, e-commerce, gaming, or similar high-growth settings.
At least two years of direct, day-to-day work inside Meta Ads Manager plus one or two additional platforms such as TikTok or Reddit.
A proven record of using structured experimentation and data analysis to improve results, including building dashboards and applying test-and-learn frameworks.
Strong ownership and curiosity, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and refine technical systems like pixels, UTMs, and tracking.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach that helps diverse teams understand trade-offs, strategies, and outcomes.
Fluency in English.
