Role at a glance
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our headquarters in Boston. This is a mid-level role perfect for someone who thrives in an environment where they can build systems from the ground up. You will be the primary architect of our marketing function, working directly with our leadership team to bridge the gap between our real estate operations and our digital currency goals.
Your impact
- Build our marketing foundation by developing comprehensive brand plans, go-to-market strategies, and messaging tailored to investors, residents, and partners.
- Own the execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms, while maintaining our brand voice across all content formats.
- Partner with our investor relations and operations teams to create compelling newsletters, deal updates, and educational materials that simplify complex ideas for our audience.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications within a startup or agency setting.
- A strong command of the English language with a talent for storytelling and copywriting.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and various CMS platforms.
- A proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and translate complex concepts into clear, relatable content.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
- Bonus points if you have a background in cryptocurrency, real estate, or investor relations.
