We are a profitable, Series B startup with a decade of growth behind us, and our technology is currently deployed in thousands of locations, ranging from major sports stadiums and corporate cafeterias to convenience stores and college campuses. We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity, working from our Palo Alto, California headquarters one to two days per week.

What you'll be doing

  • You will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to generate demand and build a qualified pipeline, working in close partnership with our sales team.
  • You will manage and optimize our marketing technology stack and analytics framework to ensure we are making informed decisions based on ROI, customer acquisition costs, and other key performance indicators.
  • You will run rapid experiments across various channels, including account-based marketing and outbound initiatives, to drive cost-effective growth and iterate based on performance.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong quantitative background and a passion for experimentation. We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, specifically within high-growth SaaS, hardware, or enterprise technology sectors.
  • A four-year degree with coursework in computer science, engineering, or other quantitative fields.
  • Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Deep expertise in modern web infrastructure, cross-platform targeting, and digital marketing channels like paid search, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Fluency in English and a commitment to maintaining a growth mindset as you learn new technical and business skills.
