We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity, working from our Palo Alto, California headquarters one to two days per week.
What you'll be doing
- You will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to generate demand and build a qualified pipeline, working in close partnership with our sales team.
- You will manage and optimize our marketing technology stack and analytics framework to ensure we are making informed decisions based on ROI, customer acquisition costs, and other key performance indicators.
- You will run rapid experiments across various channels, including account-based marketing and outbound initiatives, to drive cost-effective growth and iterate based on performance.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong quantitative background and a passion for experimentation. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, specifically within high-growth SaaS, hardware, or enterprise technology sectors.
- A four-year degree with coursework in computer science, engineering, or other quantitative fields.
- Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Deep expertise in modern web infrastructure, cross-platform targeting, and digital marketing channels like paid search, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Fluency in English and a commitment to maintaining a growth mindset as you learn new technical and business skills.
