There are roughly 2 billion people worldwide who lack access to essential financial products, and at Jeff, we are dedicated to changing that. We build financial product comparison marketplaces that bridge the gap between consumers and service providers by leveraging digital footprints. Since our launch in Vietnam in 2020, we have expanded into a team of over 40 people across seven countries, helping 10 million customers compare millions of products. We have raised nearly $5 million in funding and have been recognized as one of the fastest-growing startups in our region. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Latvia and help us continue this rapid expansion.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the growth of our B2C marketplace by running swift, iterative experiments from start to finish.
- Manage and nurture direct relationships with major advertising partners, including Google, Meta, and ByteDance.
- Drive progress across key areas such as conversion rate optimization, lifecycle marketing, and new product go-to-market strategies.
What you'll bring

- A proven history of driving growth through data-driven experimentation.
- An obsession with data and the ability to make decisions based on clear metrics.
- At least an intermediate understanding of major advertising platforms and how to navigate them effectively.
- A strong sense of ownership, as we expect founder-grade commitment to every project you lead.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience with marketplace businesses, APAC markets, or LATAM markets is considered a significant advantage.
