MyCarrier is on a mission to democratize supply chain management, offering a digital platform that connects shippers directly with capacity providers. Since our launch in 2018, we have become one of the fastest growing platforms in the United States, processing over $700 million in less-than-truckload shipments annually. We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to our expansion efforts, taking ownership of holistic marketing campaigns that drive revenue and maximize our return on investment.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company-wide goals.
- Design and manage ROI-focused campaigns, including the creation of landing pages, copy, and conversion funnels.
- Oversee the full spectrum of marketing activities, such as digital campaigns, social media outreach, white papers, case studies, and conference planning.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a monthly budget between 10k and 20k.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, conduct A/B testing, and scale successful experiments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts support our broader revenue objectives.
- Coordinate corporate events, including trade shows, partner gatherings, and sales training sessions.
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the technology or consulting sectors.
- Proven ability to define, prioritize, and drive complex projects to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in managing online strategies, including search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
- Fluency in English.
