We are Easol, the operating system for the Experience Commerce market. Our platform integrates website, booking engine, payments, sales and marketing tools, operations, and data insights, all supported by AI, to help professional experience creators streamline and scale their businesses. We serve clients such as Coachella, Live Nation, Afro Nation, Swingers Crazy Golf, and Hijingo, and we are expanding our product across new segments while embedding AI-centric workflows into every part of the platform. We are a well-funded company that has doubled in size during 2025 and maintains a clear plan for continued growth.
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United Kingdom. In this hands-on role you will own pipeline generation through performance marketing and account-based marketing, while also leading lifecycle, SEO, and website optimisation initiatives that directly support our revenue targets.
Key outcomes
- Own pipeline generation through performance marketing and ABM programs, delivering measurable impact against defined targets.
- Build and optimise full-funnel paid acquisition campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms, managing budgets and ensuring efficient ROI.
- Execute end-to-end campaign operations, including setup, daily optimisation, audience strategy, tracking implementation, performance reporting, and forecasting.
- Design and run ABM programs in close alignment with Sales, covering target account selection, segmentation, and prioritisation.
- Manage email and lifecycle marketing programs that improve acquisition, activation, and pipeline acceleration through segmentation, testing, and iteration.
- Drive SEO strategy and execution, including technical and on-page optimisation, keyword planning, and performance monitoring to increase qualified organic traffic and conversions.
- Lead ongoing website optimisation and updates that raise conversion rates and improve funnel throughput, partnering with design and content teams as needed.
- Diagnose the full funnel from first touch to pipeline creation, identify drop-offs, and prioritise fixes across channels and web experiences.
- Own the experimentation and conversion-rate-optimisation roadmap from hypothesis through execution, insight, and scaling.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to align on target accounts, messaging, and pipeline goals, and contribute data-driven insights to sales enablement.
- Manage attribution, reporting, and performance analysis end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and clear visibility into what drives pipeline.
Requirements
- Five to six years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience, including two to three years in B2B SaaS, preferably in a sales-led environment.
- Proven ability to own and implement paid acquisition programs end-to-end across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, including budget ownership and performance optimisation.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, attribution models, and key metrics such as CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle and email marketing, including segmentation, testing, automation, and performance measurement.
- Working expertise in SEO covering technical fundamentals, on-page optimisation, and performance analysis.
- Experience improving website conversion performance through CRO best practices, testing, and iterative optimisation.
- High analytical rigor with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights, forecasts, and prioritisation decisions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, particularly with Sales and RevOps teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the capacity to prioritise, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a consistent bias toward action.
- Professional fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience designing and executing ABM strategies, including target account modeling and prioritisation.
- Familiarity with enrichment and data tools such as Clay or Airscale to enhance targeting and activation workflows.
- Comfort with experimentation frameworks and statistical thinking for interpreting test results and making scaling decisions.
