Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will be instrumental in driving our acquisition strategy, working in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly influence the lives of providers and patients.
Your impact
- Lead our therapist and patient acquisition efforts across paid channels like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to ensure efficient growth.
- Own the experimentation roadmap, utilizing HubSpot and Tableau to optimize conversion funnels and improve lead velocity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute high-impact campaigns and refine our creative testing strategy.
What you'll need
- Between 6 and 10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally within a startup setting.
- Deep expertise in managing paid acquisition channels, scaling budgets, and overseeing external agency partners.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve key metrics like LTV, CAC, and full-funnel conversion.
- Proven experience in designing structured growth experiments and a bias toward action.
- Fluency in English and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a remote, cross-functional environment.
