Way is a category-leading B2B technology platform based in Austin, Texas, that helps brands unlock the power of experiences. Since our founding in 2020, we have empowered industry leaders like Hyatt, Hilton, and Auberge Resorts Collection to generate revenue through unique offerings, and we are now looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help us scale our impact globally.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing strategies to engage key accounts while tracking performance and identifying areas for optimization.
Design and run marketing experiments across various channels, including paid media, outbound campaigns, partnerships, and conversion rate optimization.
Work closely with the VP of Marketing to support product launches and broader content initiatives.
Improve funnel performance by conducting A/B and multivariate testing to reduce friction and boost conversion rates.
Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and deliver personalized communications at scale.

Must-haves

At least 6 years of experience in growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
3 to 4 years of dedicated experience executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
Hands-on experience managing paid advertising and coordinating with external agencies.
Proficiency with CRM systems and lifecycle marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Ability to work on-site at our downtown Austin office, as we value the energy of our in-person team.
Fluency in English.
