What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Lead to join us on a part-time, remote basis. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our product and our users. Your work will focus on community building, performance marketing, and rigorous hypothesis testing to drive our acquisition goals. You will be based anywhere, provided you have a reliable connection and a passion for the resale economy.
- You will project manage and report on growth experiments to increase both supply and demand across our platform.
- You will collaborate closely with our Brand Marketing Lead to refine our overarching growth strategy and ensure our efforts are cohesive.
- You will mentor and manage a Growth Intern, overseeing their work on referrals, digital marketing, and experiment tracking.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a multi-channel marketer with at least three years of experience. You should have a sharp analytical mind, capable of interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions. We value candidates who have hands-on experience with resale platforms like Depop, Vestiaire, or Vinted, as this perspective is vital to our mission. You must be fluent in English and comfortable working in a transparent, startup environment where you are expected to both set high-level strategy and handle tactical execution. Proficiency in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and growth strategy is essential for success in this role.
