About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to join us on a full-time basis. In this position, you will take ownership of pipeline and acquisition across our two most important growth channels: high-performing residential hosts and large-scale commercial supply partners such as multifamily asset managers, self-storage operators, and other business owners. You will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to shape full-funnel strategies that turn initial interest into booked meetings and expanded locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run campaigns that generate high-quality pipeline for both B2B and prosumer audiences, including segmented paid acquisition and content initiatives.
- Design account-based marketing plays that deliver warm intent to our outbound and sales teams while creating persona-specific landing pages and lead magnets.
- Write clear, compelling copy for ads, emails, and landing pages, then measure results by tracking customer acquisition cost, SQL volume, and pipeline impact.
Requirements
- Four to eight years of experience in growth, demand generation, or acquisition marketing with direct responsibility for pipeline outcomes.
- Proven success running segmented paid campaigns across multiple personas or industries, along with strong instincts for persona-first messaging, value propositions, and offer testing.
- Hands-on experience building landing pages, writing ads, and launching campaigns with imperfect data; prior collaboration with SDRs or sales teams is essential, and experience marketing to prosumers or real estate groups is a plus.
Location
This role is based in the United States and requires on-site work.
