We are Heard, an all-in-one financial platform designed specifically for therapists. By combining intuitive software with dedicated human support, we handle the complexities of payroll, taxes, and bookkeeping so that mental health professionals can focus entirely on their clients. As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a unique opportunity to shape our long-term demand engine and help us become the leading service provider for independent mental health practitioners.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on our growth marketing strategy by managing paid search and social campaigns while driving landing page optimization and budget management.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns, ensuring that project timelines, risks, and deliverables are managed effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies that reach our ideal customer profile and optimize conversion rates throughout the entire funnel.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically with paid search and social campaigns. Experience with non-traditional channels like direct mail or podcasts is a plus.
- A strong grasp of the marketing landscape, including the necessary tools, processes, and tech stacks.
- Deep familiarity with key growth metrics such as LTV, CAC, ROI, and active user percentages.
- A data-driven and experimental mindset, with the ability to conduct multivariate tests and extract actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a bias for action, allowing you to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
What we offer
We provide a competitive base salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year. In addition to this, you will receive the following benefits:
