We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Argent is building crypto’s defining company by creating the first smart wallet that makes self-custody easier, safer, cheaper, and greener for millions of users worldwide. With over two million users and fifty-six million dollars raised from investors including Paradigm, Index Ventures, and Creandum, we are preparing to launch new products on Starknet and need someone to help drive our global growth in DeFi.

Responsibilities

Build, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to support user acquisition and retention.
Develop compelling content such as educational materials, user stories, and targeted messaging that drives engagement.
Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to refine messaging and improve overall user engagement.

Requirements

One to two years of growth experience in a startup environment, though we also welcome recent graduates who show strong potential.
Hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing.
Proven copywriting skills with the ability to write concise, engaging copy that prompts user action.
Strong familiarity with crypto or a demonstrated willingness to learn quickly.
Analytically minded with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders.
