To do this we’ve built the first smart wallet. As different from traditional wallets as smart phones were to 90’s phones. Argent is easier, safer, cheaper, and greener.

About The Growth Team

The Growth Team is the engine that drives Argent's growth around the globe. Our goal is to make Argent the home of all things DeFi globally.

As a team, we combine creativity and data to maximise our reach, acquisition and retention. We are always testing, never afraid to fail, but always back up our ideas with data or logic.

As our Growth Marketing Associate , you will get to:

• Build, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Develop compelling content, including education materials, user stories, and targeted messaging.
• Run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to refine messaging and improve user engagement.
• Collaborate with Growth & Product to create targeted campaigns to drive user acquisition, feature adoption and retention goals.

Your experience should include:

• Ideally 1-2 years growth experience in a startup, but we’re open to graduate profiles as well 
• Experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing or Growth Marketing 
• Experience with copywriting – you're comfortable writing concise and engaging copy that helps drive action
• Strong familiarity with crypto, or a strong willingness to learn, and learn fast 
• Very analytically-minded and a data-driven mindset (we’ll test this)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and wider stakeholders

You might also have:

• A strong personal or professional passion for crypto
• Experience with email automation and analytics tools (e.g. Customer.io, Hubspot, Amplitude etc)
