What is this role?

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position perfect for a professional with one to two years of experience who is ready to take ownership of paid acquisition channels and drive meaningful results.

What will you do?

Manage the daily operations and optimizations of our paid user acquisition efforts across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
Dive deep into performance data to identify trends, craft compelling narratives, and provide actionable recommendations for our marketing strategy.
Collaborate closely with our creative team and external agencies to test new ideas and execute campaigns that align with our long-term growth goals.

You are a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

Hands-on experience running campaigns and optimizing for ROAS, specifically within Facebook Ads Manager.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with a strong preference for candidates who also have experience with SQL or BI tools like Looker.
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, strategic insights.
A self-starter mindset with the resilience to experiment, iterate, and pivot when necessary.
