The role
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in France. This position is perfect for a data-driven professional who is eager to help us scale our impact by optimizing our performance marketing efforts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our global growth strategy by turning complex data sets into clear, actionable business insights.
Core responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize our marketing performance reports and dashboards to ensure high data accuracy and accessibility.
- Serve as the internal expert on marketing measurement, providing strategic recommendations to improve our tracking and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct deep-dive analytical projects to identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in data management and marketing analytics. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Proven expertise in business intelligence, financial reporting, and advanced data analysis.
- Proficiency in using Looker for dashboarding and the Google Suite for collaborative work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data stories to non-technical team members.
- Fluency in both French and English.
