About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a vital part of our Growth and Performance team, working alongside our data, operations, and finance departments. Your primary mission will be to build, optimize, and maintain our performance marketing analytics framework and tracking structures to ensure we accurately measure the success of our acquisition campaigns. You will analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights that shape our global growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing performance reports and dashboards while ensuring high data accuracy and availability.
- Serve as an internal expert on marketing performance measurement, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct analytical deep dives to identify business opportunities, form hypotheses, and design and execute experiments.
Requirements
We are looking for an analytical professional who is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong expertise in building data models, business intelligence, and financial reporting.
- Previous professional experience in data analytics, finance, or consulting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage projects in a matrix environment and solve complex problems.
- Fluency in French, with English proficiency considered a significant plus.
- Proficiency in Looker and the Google Suite is highly valued.
Location
This position is based on-site in either France or Spain.
