Greenlight is the leading family fintech company dedicated to helping parents raise financially smart kids. We support over 6 million parents and children with our award-winning banking app, which allows families to manage chores, automate allowances, and invest for the future. We are currently seeking a driven Growth Marketing Analyst to join our remote team and help us measure the performance of our customer acquisition programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day performance of our advertising programs while collaborating with the growth marketing team to refine analytics processes and track key performance indicators.
- Design and analyze A/B testing strategies, lift studies, and various measurement frameworks to optimize our marketing initiatives.
- Partner with our data team to build comprehensive models and dashboards that synthesize multiple data sources.
- Develop a detailed learning agenda that serves as a roadmap for all measurement and analytics activities across the growth domain.
- Communicate data-driven insights and results to executive leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or performance analytics, or 3+ years in a highly analytical role within finance, consulting, or the tech industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a proven ability to identify trends and performance opportunities using data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot marketing tracking systems.
- Proficiency with data visualization platforms and third-party attribution software.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working with digital advertising channels and multi-touch attribution models.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Python for analytical purposes.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000, depending on your location and experience.
