The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our outreach efforts, leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives. You will sit at the intersection of sales and marketing, using data to refine our strategy while ensuring our SDRs are set up for long-term success. This is a chance to shape how we connect with the agricultural community and to play a key role in scaling a platform that makes a tangible difference in the lives of workers across the country.
A day in the life
- You will design and execute data-driven growth strategies to expand our customer base, while mentoring your SDR team on outreach techniques and performance optimization.
- You will partner closely with our marketing department to build targeted campaigns and collaborate with sales leadership to create clear career progression paths for your team.
- You will leverage tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to track key metrics, analyze market trends, and report on growth initiatives to senior leadership.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in growth management, business development, or sales within a B2B SaaS environment. You have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams, and you are comfortable using data to make informed business decisions. You possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for the agricultural sector. Because we operate in a global industry, proficiency in English is required. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to turn complex metrics into meaningful customer relationships.
