We are a growing organization focused on making a meaningful impact on families, and we are currently looking for a Senior Growth Lead to spearhead our expansion into the UK market. As you step into this role, you will eventually transition into our Head of User Acquisition. You will collaborate directly with our CEO and Product Manager to refine our growth strategy, identify the perfect product-market fit for both DTC and B2B audiences, and drive our user base growth. Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of our acquisition efforts, including local paid marketing channels and strategic partnerships.
- Manage activation and retention metrics by identifying funnel gaps, designing experiments to address them, and scaling successful initiatives.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of growth experiments, prioritizing and scheduling them for regular execution.
- Coordinate with our design and development teams to implement these experiments and analyze the resulting data.
- Develop closed-loop analytics to track how marketing activities convert into leads and customers, refining our processes to boost conversion rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external literacy stakeholders.
- Create and execute an SEO strategy, including writing engaging content that converts leads into paid users.
- Maintain a hands-on approach, contributing to all aspects of the product development process as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Marketing, with a strong focus on User Acquisition and Paid Marketing.
- Proven ability to manage Retention strategies and improve user lifecycle metrics.
- Technical proficiency in SEO and high-quality Content Writing.
- A data-driven mindset combined with the creativity to develop original growth experiments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate product value to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
