We are currently looking for a Growth Insights Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will dive deep into data to solve complex problems, helping our leadership team make informed decisions that drive our growth strategy and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Analyze campaign performance trends to generate actionable insights that directly support our growth objectives and revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to examine the buyer journey, identifying how customers engage with our content and determining the most effective paths to conversion.
Partner with data professionals to leverage statistical modeling and correlation analysis, translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for marketing leadership.

Requirements

A degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Analytics, Data Management, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
At least 6 years of experience in digital B2B marketing analytics, performance measurement, and data storytelling.
Proven expertise in the B2B digital marketing ecosystem, including deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, SQL, BI tools, and Salesforce dashboards.
A strong understanding of UI/UX principles, funnel metrics, and lifecycle marketing performance.
Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, and matrixed organizational environments.
