The opportunity
We are seeking a Growth Executive to lead our expansion efforts in North America. This is a pivotal role for a self-starter who thrives on building new business from the ground up. You will act as a hunter and strategic advisor, identifying new opportunities while managing our vital relationships with technology partners like Atlassian, AWS, GCP, and Postman. By bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and client needs, you will play a central role in driving our growth and refining our market strategy.
A day in the life
- You will proactively develop your own pipeline by identifying and closing enterprise-level business opportunities focused on digital transformation, cloud migrations, and AI-driven services.
- You will cultivate and deepen strategic alliances with major technology partners, while also assessing new opportunities to expand our ecosystem through collaborations with organizations like Microsoft and GitHub.
- You will work closely with our internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Solution Architecture, to design compelling, tailored value propositions that resonate with key client stakeholders.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in business development and complex solution selling, ideally within the SaaS or IT consulting space. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to operate autonomously and navigate the fast-paced nature of a growing company. You have a proven ability to manage strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and maintain high-level executive relationships. Fluency in English is required, as is the ability to communicate consultative solutions effectively across complex enterprise buying cycles.
