The role
We are hiring a Senior Growth Engineer to join us full-time on-site. In this position you will own the integration and day-to-day use of Amplitude, turning detailed product data into experiments that increase acquisition, engagement, and retention across our SaaS platform.
Core responsibilities
- Embed Amplitude throughout Rezi’s product so every meaningful user action is captured and available for analysis.
- Design and run growth experiments that use Amplitude insights to improve onboarding, feature adoption, and long-term retention.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to refine user journeys, set success metrics, and iterate on features that lift conversion, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
Skills and experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Amplitude or comparable product-analytics platforms and a record of converting data into measurable growth.
- Strong software-engineering background with fluency in JavaScript and Python for data analysis and automation.
- Deep understanding of SaaS product development cycles and the ability to translate findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
