We are looking for a strategic Growth Director to join our team and help us expand our influence by cultivating new client relationships and strengthening our existing partnerships across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking at scientific meetings, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand our service offerings, including digital, AI-driven solutions, and medical affairs, within current client accounts.
• Lead the development of compelling, innovative proposals that highlight our unique value and strategic expertise.
• Train and mentor team members on business development best practices to ensure a consistent and high-quality approach to growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Medical and Scientific Services, to align on growth objectives and drive new revenue.
• Manage our central growth hub and oversee the submission of proposals through various sourcing platforms.

Must-haves

• Significant experience working within a medical communications agency or a pharmaceutical environment.
• A proven track record of success in consultative selling and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, paired with a strong understanding of client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive, high-impact proposals.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and influence teams in a virtual, cross-functional setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English.

Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $150,000 USD, depending on your specific experience, skills, and location.
