We are LogRocket, a company founded in 2016 with a mission to make every web experience perfect. By providing developers and product managers with pixel-perfect session replays and deep insights into logs and network activity, we help teams understand exactly how users interact with their applications. With over 2,500 customers including Reddit, Ikea, and Airbnb, we are looking for a motivated intern to join our marketing team and help us scale our efforts.
Responsibilities
- Discover how product-led growth and relationship marketing strategies function in a real-world setting.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns specifically designed for SaaS audiences.
- Provide support to our team through research, data enrichment, and data gathering.
- Hone your skills by writing copy that drives conversions.
- Help manage the operational side of our field events.
- Gain hands-on experience using Salesforce and various CRM platforms.
- Contribute to our social media engagement efforts.
- Assist with the analysis of marketing data.
Must-haves
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week starting in Summer 2025.
- Residency in the Boston area with the ability to work from our office 1-2 days each week.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the capacity to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google G Suite.
- A genuine interest in technology and a talent for writing.
- A passion for helping others learn and a curiosity about how complex marketing programs operate.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with data analysis and reporting insights.
- Prior exposure to marketing systems or CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Previous internship experience.
